Having the unique opportunity of sponsoring two NASCAR drivers, from the same race team, created an opportunity to promote Autotrader's newest feature - Accelerate My Deal. Accelerate allows car buyers to start their car buying process all online. The buyer only has to show up to the dealership to sign their papers and pick up their new ride - making car buying easy and fast.
Having teammates, NASCAR champions, and friends, Joey Logano and Brad Keselowski, allowed us to craft scripts and produce a series of short videos for Autotrader's social channels. Using the natural rivalry between intense competitors as the engine, we had one driver show the other how they quickly and easily completed a car deal online using Accelerate on Autotrader. Not to be outdone, the other driver shows how he has created a way to accelerate other things in their life.

In 2018 Joey Logano became the NASCAR Cup Champion - a feat Brad Keselowski achieved in 2012. We brought Joey's trophy onto the set, set up a situation for the drivers, and let the camera roll. Apparently, trophy envy is a thing.
